So last night, the family was dying for chocolate chip cookies. My lovely daughter even tried to get me to make them and said, “you can have just ONE, Mama… PLEASE?!”
Ugh. I went to the store and bought a box of Freihoffer’s for them because I couldn’t stand the fact that if I had agreed to bake them, the smell would’ve driven me nuts. So on the hunt I went for a diabetes friendly chocolate chip cookie recipe, and Martha Stewart delivered. I love that lady.
So without further ado, here is an easy, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies recipe. I wasn’t even looking for gluten-free, but I suppose when carbs are an issue, it makes sense, right?
Let me know if you’ve ever made these, or ever do, and what you think! I’m off to the store to get some almond butter!
