I am completely (and painfully) aware that it’s pretty overwhelming when you start trying to research for facts, help, and other information online- only to be met with a bajillion sites and no idea what to take for truth (or even close to it) versus some random person’s opinions. (Yes, this site belongs to just me, a potentially ‘random person’ in your life. I see the irony there, believe me.)
My goal with this site is to help other mamas like me, to navigate, feel good, and get healthy for their kids. So I decided to create an ever-growing list of resources that I personally use in my journey. Eventually, I hope to make it a pretty inclusive list of trusted information, but for now, I’ll just be adding things as I go. And yes, I’ve read, experienced, or tested them all personally. 🙂
